President Goodluck Jonathan meets new Service Chiefs to review national security

President Goodluck Jonathan has presided over the first security meeting which was attended by the new service chiefs following last week’s Senate’s approval of their appointments.

The meeting deliberated on the continuing insecurity in parts of the country and the strategy to halt them.
Reports say heads of all government institutions were present at the one hour meeting but no further details were given .
