There appears to be no let-up in the love of grandeur by Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, most often, at the expense of the tax payer.
Take his jetting out of Nigeria last Wednesday, leading a 100-man delegation to Turkey on a three-day visit, which according to his handlers, is to explore business and investment opportunities in that country.
This is Okorocha’s second trip in less than a year to the selfsame Turkey on the nebulous ground of exploring business and investment opportunities.
The governor had traveled with a large contingent to the same country some months ago. The trip of course was bankrolled by the state. When asked upon return from the trip, Okorocha said the gains would be seen in no distant time.
